Senior Executive Sales Strategy & Enablement - Job Description
- Ensure CRM data integrity and improve hygiene parameters to drive analytics on pipeline data for leadership
- Help with report and dashboard creation as needed for leadership
- Tracking of sales KPIs with regular reporting and governance
- Optimize and manage sales tools, their adoption and processes to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results
- Drive pipeline analytics for business units to help leadership with decision making process
- Drive partner adoption through monthly webinar calendar
- Drive CRM hygiene and its adoption with sales
- Help sales ecosystem with any CRM related help
Skills
- Experience of working with cross functional teams
- Experience in sales analytics and operations is plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and visualization tools
- Good with Microsoft excel use
- 1-3 years of post-MBA experience
- Good to know German language
